Production process of Andalusite Brick
First of all, the particle size, grade and impurities such as TiO₂ and R₂O in the raw materials must be strictly controlled. The raw materials are batched and mixed to make the various components evenly mixed, and then pressed into brick blanks through a molding process such as a pneumatic press, and then dried to remove moisture, and finally fired at high temperature, the firing temperature is usually around 1450℃-1500℃.

Andalusite brick is mainly used in high-temperature industrial fields such as metallurgy and building materials. In the metallurgical industry, it is used for blast furnace hot blast furnaces, molten iron tanks, etc.; in the building materials industry, it can be used in kiln linings, combustion chambers and other parts.
