低水泥浇注料说明
低水泥浇注料是指联合用量很少的新型浇注料。耐火水泥浇注料的水泥用量一般为 15% 至 20%，而低水泥浇注料的水泥用量约为 5%，有的甚至降至 1% 至 2%。降低水泥用量的目的是为了提高浇注料的耐火性能。关键是使用不超过 1μm 的超细颗粒。它的抗热震性、抗渣性和抗侵蚀能力都有显著提高，超过了同类耐火砖。进一步降低结合剂含量可生产超低水泥浇注料和无水泥浇注料。低水泥浇注料主要包括三种类型：高铝质耐火浇注料、莫来石质耐火浇注料和刚玉质耐火浇注料。
