凯瑞铁矾土水泥的主要矿物相为铝酸钙（CA），并含有丰富的铁素体相（C4AF）。它在多方面优于硅酸盐水泥，具有快速凝结、快速硬化、快速干燥、早期强度发展、耐高温、硬化前后体积变化可控、耐弱酸和生物源硫酸腐蚀等特点。广泛应用于化学建材、高性能混凝土、污水和管道工程、采矿、耐火材料等行业。
