耐酸砂浆说明
耐酸砂浆由 42.5 级以上普通硅酸盐水泥、密实砂、石英岩和火成岩制成的砂和粉，并添加适当的硅酸钠和氟硅酸钠制成。耐酸砂浆主要用作衬里材料、耐酸地板和耐酸保护层。
耐酸砂浆是一种特殊的防腐材料，具有操作简单、耐酸性好、抗渗透性和抗水解性强、成本低等优点，适用于窑炉应用。

细度 每平方厘米 900 个孔的筛上残留物不大于 1%。每平方厘米 4900 个孔的筛上残留物不大于 15%。
设置时间： 初凝时间不早于 30 分钟。终凝时间不晚于 8 小时。
酸稳定性： 在空气和 40% 硫酸中煮沸 1 小时后不会出现裂纹、分层和损坏。
抗压强度 试样在空气中保存 28 天。其抗压强度大于 30 兆帕。
