低セメントキャスタブルの説明
低セメントキャスタブルとは、配合量の少ない新しいタイプのキャスタブルを指す。耐火セメントキャスタブルのセメント量は、一般的に15%～20%であるのに対し、低セメントキャスタブルのセメント量は約5%であり、中には1%～2%まで低減されているものもある。セメント量を減らす目的は、キャスタブルの耐火性能を向上させるためである。ポイントは1μm以下の超微粒子の使用である。耐熱衝撃性、耐スラグ性、耐侵食性が大幅に向上し、同種の耐火レンガを上回る。結合剤の含有量をさらに低減することで、超低セメントキャスタブルやセメントフリーキャスタブルを製造することができる。低セメントキャスタブルには、主に高アルミナ質耐火キャスタブル、ムライト質耐火キャスタブル、コランダム質耐火キャスタブルの3種類があります。
