耐酸性モルタルの説明
耐酸性モルタルは、42.5級以上の普通ポルトランドセメント、コンパクトサンド、珪岩、火成岩からなる砂と粉末を使用し、適切な珪酸ナトリウムとフッ化珪酸ナトリウムを添加します。耐酸モルタルは主にライニング材、酸床、酸保護層として使用される。
耐酸性モルタルは一種の特殊な防錆材料で、操作が簡単で、耐酸性がよく、耐不浸透性、耐加水分解性に優れ、窯や炉の用途に低コストであるという利点があります。

細さ： 1平方センチメートル当たり900穴のふるい上の残留物は1%を超えない。1平方センチメートル当たり4900穴のふるい上の残留物は15%を超えない。
セッティング時間： 初期セットは30分以内。最終セットは8時間以内。
酸安定性： 空気中および40%硫酸中で1時間煮沸しても、クラック、剥離および損傷はない。
圧縮強度： 試験片は空気中で28日間保存される。その圧縮強度は30Mpa以上である。
