Silicon carbide tube is a high-performance dense ceramic product, mainly containing silicon carbide, with the characteristics of high temperature resistance (above 1400℃), wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent thermal shock stability. It is suitable for industrial kilns as heating, cooling, gas transportation and supporting components with a long service life.
Depending on the process, we can supply silicon carbide tubes, reaction sintered silicon carbide tubes and recrystallized silicon carbide tubes. The excellent performance makes silicon carbide tubes a potential substitute for traditional semiconductors (such as silicon) in high-temperature applications.
